Two new game releases from Pragmatic Play

This month, Pragmatic Play have released two new slot games that are sure to grab the attention of players.

First, they introduced Master Joker, then released Mysterious a week later- a Victorian-themed slot.

Pragmatic Play is one of the most well-known providers in the gaming industry- working with many online casinos to bring its games to a wider audience. They put an emphasis on creating innovative and engaging titles, both for slots but also for live casino games and bingo.

Although it was only founded in 2015, Pragmatic Play has gone on to become a major player in the online gaming market. Its games are optimised for mobile and desktop play with the aim of providing entertaining and immersive gameplay for its users.

And the latest two releases from its slot portfolio look set to continue this tradition.

Master Joker

Master Joker is a one-reel slot game with 5 paylines. Players of this game will recognise many of the classic symbols on display, as it throwbacks to a time when you could only play slot machines in arcades!

It has the instantly recognisable fruit symbols, gold bars, and 7s which were staples of every slot machine. Master Joker does have a modern twist with its spinning wheel mechanic though.

It also has a Joker character, as the title says. The Joker is more than just decoration however. When she lands on the reels, she spins the wheel to automatically pick a multiplier for whatever the player has won. Furthermore, she also acts as a Wild so she is pretty special!

Praising their new releases, Melissa Summerfield, Chief Commercial Officer at Pragmatic Play, said:

“Master Joker takes a traditional slot experience and transforms it into a thrilling, multiplier-heavy Pragmatic Play video slot.

“Its vibrant colours, fast-paced gameplay and huge win potential gives Master Joker all the ingredients to become an instant classic in our slot portfolio.”

Mysterious

This release from Pragmatic Play is very different to Master Joker. Although it is arguably more advanced and has more of an immersive theme than we see from slots nowadays, it in fact offers more of a throwback to players as it is set way back in Victorian times! This Victorian era is very different to the one we learnt about at school though.

The game itself uses a 4×6 grid and offers an astonishing 4096 ways to win. It has many different features to help players try to win, including multipliers and Wilds.

These special features are linked to the game’s three main characters of the Lord, the Lady, and the Baron. The Lord is a Wild and a multiplier; the Lady is a Wild that may expand to uncover a mystery symbol; while the Baron is an expanding Wild.

Although the game has a haunting feeling to it, players have nothing to be scared of! It does offer a very immersive experience, with the characters in period clothing and having a dark and creepy backdrop lit only by oil lamps and candles. If you are a fan of gothic and Victorian mystery then this slot was made for you!

Melissa Summerfield also spoke highly of this slot, saying:

“Mysterious takes players back to spookier times in a slot jam-packed full of Infectious Wilds, Mystery Symbols and a thrilling theme.

“The exciting gameplay, immersive soundtrack and stunning graphics are sure to take players to the edge of their seats in this highly engaging new title.”
